Being at Ease with Ageing and Dying (BEAD)
About Course
A recent study revealed that 79% of Singaporean did not look forward to old age. The key concerns were poor health, cognitive decline, being dependent, financial concerns and loneliness.
The Being at Ease with Ageing and Dying (BEAD) program is designed to address these issues as well as an often unsaid concern for many – dying and the end of life. Through a series of interactive discussions and activities, this program aims to provide participants with the practical knowledge, skills and practices that will help them to navigate the travails of ageing and dying, for themselves as well as for the loved ones whom they care for.
